Hi, Friends! Happy New Year! I know it’s been quiet around here for awhile. As many of you know, my Dad passed away in June of 2017, and I needed some time to reset. I’ve still been working, but needed a little bit of a break from some of my programs like the Practical Guide. I’ve really missed our little community, though, and I’m ready to get back at it! I hope that you’ve all been continuing to work on each of our objectives, and I really hope you’ve had a wonderful holiday season!
A Practical Guide will start back up in February. I figure that gives everyone time to reacquaint themselves with our first objectives, and get back on track in the new year!
In the meantime, be sure to revisit those past objectives if you need to, and remember that it’s all those small changes together that add up to HUGE results in your overall health.
Objective #1: Drink more water.
Objective #2: Ditch damaged fats.
Objective #3: Upgrade to safer sunscreen.
Objective #4: Change your mindset.
Objective #5: Limit processed foods.
Objective #6: Switch to safer deodorant.
